Cancelling a Plan

Hi there – I am wanting to upgrade to a premium plan but I am worried that I won’t be able to make my site work. I have been trying with the free service, and would like to upgrade, but am wanting to find out if there is a 30day period or so where I can try to use the service and if it doesn’t work then I can have my money refunded to me. Please let me know if this is possible?
