Cancelling account and refund

  Hi, I recently purchased the MH themes but I decided not to continue with it. Can I cancel my account and get a full refund? Thanks!​

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any sites in your account, nor any upgrades. For which site did you purchase the theme?

  Only the username that purchased an upgrade can request a refund, so if you used a different account to buy the theme I’ll need you to log into that account and reply here to confirm.

  Thank you kokkieh for the response. I deleted my website once I decided to cancel my account.

  The MH store charged me $49 for the theme I purchased. What should I do at this point?

  Did you buy the theme directly from the theme shop? In that case you need to contact them for a refund. We can only refund themes bought directly from us, not themes you bought elsewhere.
