Cancelling an users acount to reactivate again.

Hello
Some of my blog’s users are telling me that they are not receiving my emails with the new posts anymore. However, when I check in the user’s desk, these persons are still listed as users with an accepted invitation, and have not cancelled yet. To get worse, they are not able to check the invitation to cancel and re-activate it again I think I also not allowed to cancel their account user and to re-activate again. What should I do?

Can you tell me the usernames or email addresses of the users who aren’t receiving email updates anymore? I can use that information to investigate what’s going on.

I checked our records, and we sent an email to each of those three addresses for your latest post:
Can you please ask those subscribers to check their spam/junk folder to see if the email ended up there? (Users with a gmail address should also check their Social and Promotions tabs, if they have them.) If the email isn’t there, they may need to contact their email service provider to find out why they didn’t receive the email.
