Cancelling both a domain AND a premium plan

    Hi:)
    I want to cancel everything I have on wordpress. Gave up trying to set my site up so started designing it at WIX.com. much much easier.
    My question is, it’s been 2 months since I purchased both of them, and I know you give a refund on the domain only if the cancellation happens during the first 48 hours after the purchase, and refund a premium plan only if it’s within the first month,
    so my question is: What percent of the amount I’ve payed do I get back in those 2 cases?

    WodPress.com upgrades have a 30 day refund window (except for domains, which, as you note have a 48 hour refund window). After that timeframe, there is no refund available.

    One thing to note is that if you are going to use the same domain name you have registered here with your Wix.com site, please do not cancel your domain registration. It can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled.
