cancelling domain of starterkit.blog and requesting a refund

  I would like to cancel and get a refund for the domain of starterkit.blog. I can’t seem to complete this on the website. (I was given a refund for the domain of starterkit.home.blog with no trouble.)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  starterkit.home.blog is a free address we created for you when you created your site. You did not pay for it, and it’s yours to use for as long as you want.

  The refund you received was for the non-domain portion of your Personal Plan. I’ve now refunded the domain portion as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
