  I purchased G plan by mistake, and they have taken 129 40 and 48.00 from my bank, I want a refund I only wanted to upgrade to premium.

  For what site/domain is this? The account you’re using to post here only owns one site on the free plan, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

  If you bought upgrades using a different account, please comment here as that account and we can take a look for you.
