  I’ve been sent a bill and I want to cancel. I am unable to log into my account and the link provided doesn’t take me to anywhere useful so that I can stop payment.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  If you don’t know what a charge is about or to which account it is related to, just go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can contact the Billing Team from that page.

  Are you talking about the site thescottishkitchenblog.com?
  If so, it’s connected to a different account of yours. You will need to log out and log back in to manage your purchases. I can see, though, that the upgrades have been already canceled and refunded, so it looks like you might have been able to do that.
