cre8tivedeals.com is hosted by wpengine, not by wordpress.com.
Contact your web host’s support team https://wpengine.com/support/
That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.Support for your site is found at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support. Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-serviceP.S. The answer is that less is more when it comes to categories and tags. Assign only the minimum number of relevant of keyword tags that actually describe posts content and never the same keyword or words as both a category and tag. Hello!
Thanks for your reply.
I have two websites:
1. cre8tivedeals.com (under WP engine) but I recently cancelled my subscription with them as I can’t afford the monthly fee anymore.
Resolution: I would like this to be removed from my Dashboard.2.cre8tivedeals.wordpress.com which I recently asked the Live Support chat team to delete it for me as I was confused but now I understand what I need. This is the one I need to keep as it included the Mapping option for the amount of $35.88/Year.
Since I already purchased a domain name, I was hoping to use the mapping option to connect my DNS to WordPress. But now that I cancelled it, I’m not sure whats the best approach is.
Please note that even after I asked support to cancel my subscription for cre8tivedeals.wordpress.com (about 15min ago), I can still access it now.
If you could please answer these questions it would be super helpful!
Thank you -
I’m sorry about the P.S. above that should not have included.

Hi there,
1. cre8tivedeals.com (under WP engine) but I recently cancelled my subscription with them as I can’t afford the monthly fee anymore.
Resolution: I would like this to be removed from my Dashboard.I don’t see an active connection for that site in your account. It looks like you removed it about 2 hours ago. Can you please confirm?

We have cancelled and refunded the Personal Plan you had bought for that site, but we cannot completely delete a site on your behalf. That is something only an admin on the site can do.
So the site is still in your account. If you click on My Sites you should be able to access its dashboard, and then you can click on Plans to purchase a new Personal Plan for the site. After buying the Plan, go to My Site ->Domains to add a domain mapping for your domain.
