Cancelling my premium plan cancelled my personal plan

  Recently i’ve `accidentally` upgraded my website. Then, I canceled the purchase, because I don’t need the upgrade. However, my former personal plan was also deleted and it was still running the last payment. Now, my domain is not recognized anymore.

  How can I recover my previous settings and plan?
