cancelling my services with you

    I cancelled my service with you early December as I am not using it, but it doesn’t seem to have worked and I have been charged again this year through my PayPal account can you help me please, I no longer wish to have this service thank you. I am trying to get a refund of my annual fee. Many thanks in advance Caroline Caffrey of Healinginsideme.

    Is this regarding your renewal fee that was charged on 2018-01-13? If so, it appears that you have filed a dispute with Paypal company and the payment has been reversed. Once a dispute has been filed, the situation is our of our control, I’m afraid. Paypal will have to go through their dispute process and will return the money to your account based on the timeline for that process.

    If you can cancel the dispute, we should be able to immediately refund your payment. But once the dispute process has been initiated, our hands are tied.

    We’re still seeing “payment reversed: dispute” from our end of things. Can you please check with Paypal and make sure that they payment hasn’t already been refunded?

    I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

    Good morning

    Thank you so much, I really appreciate this.

    Can I make something very clear, there was nothing wrong with your service or anything like that, I just don’t have time to do a blog at the moment and I think my activity on the page will show that. Whenever I do start blogging again I will be more than happy to use WordPress, it is an excellent, easy service for even the most novice like me.
