Cancelling my subscription and getting a refund

    Hi! I have been charged for my word press account, but I cannot find any charges in the account history, and I don’t remember authorizing autorenewal. Could you please help me with the issue?

    I don’t see any charges in the account that you’re using to post here. Do you have any other WordPress.com usernames, or any sites for which you’d purchased upgrades in the past?

    You should have received an email receipt for any charges on your account, as well as several renewal reminder emails prior to that, so please check the spam folders of all your email accounts if you’re not sure for which site this could have been.
