Cancelling payment & refund

    Hello! I have, in the past 7 days, cancelled my WordPress plan and domain subscription, but have yet to receive my refund yet. How do I check with WordPress about the status of refund, or whether there is anything missing to complete the refunding process?

    Hi there,

    Your refund has been processed on our end. Please note that refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it also depends on the processing times at your bank.

    Please wait a few more days and if you don’t see the refund by then, you can provide your bank with the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference to locate it.
