  I don’t seem to be able to cancel my plan as instructed. Please help me!

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account, nor does your site have any upgrades.

  What is the address of the site for which you bought a plan?

  As I said above, this account and this site does not have any upgrades, so there is nothing that I can cancel.
