Cancelling Refund

Hi there,
I’m afraid there’s no way to cancel a refund. Once the refund is processed on our end, we no longer have control over the money, as it’s already been sent back to your bank or credit card company, and they don’t let us just take it back again :)
If you cancelled your plan in error, go to My Site ->Plans and buy a new one. Let me know once you’ve done that, and I can also restore your domain, picturenotperfect.com, for you.
If you don’t want a plan with us, but instead want to use that domain somewhere else, I recommend you just wait a few days until the domain is released. Then you should be able to register it as a new domain, directly at the provider where you want to use it. Your domain should be released again by the weekend, as you cancelled it within 48 hours of buying it.
