Cancelling Snap (Premium theme)

Dear support,
I put a cancel request in on Friday for the snap theme as I couldn’t get it to work how I thought it could/would, I saw there was an email confirmation to cancel, however, as this wasn’t my main account, I couldn’t click the link to confirm. Upon trying it this morning, the page doesn’t display properly, so am unsure if it is fully refunded.
Please advise or confirm.

Hi there, it doesn’t look like the cancellation went through, so I’ve gone ahead and taken care of it for you and issued a full refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
