Cancelling the account

  Hello,

  I’ve cancelled my subscription to WordPress and was told that I would receive a refund. I would like to cancel my account. Do I need to cancel my account to get the refund or should I wait until the refund is received before I close it so I can still access my account and billing information?

  Your refund has already been processed. You can see a receipt for that transaction on the billing history page, and you should also have received one via email:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
