Cancelling the .com address

  Hi there,
  I’ve had to move servers to a recommend host (BlueHost) as I wanted to upload a custom theme I had purchased. I’ve done so and wish to cancel the bundle I purchased from yourselves as I no longer need this.
  However, can you tell me since I’ve ‘moved’ domain names to BlueHost, (specifically laceboxphotography.com) how will the cancellation affect my website on their server? Will I lose the web address which I registered with on WordPress?

  Also, another question I have please – I moved to BlueHost in order to upload a custom theme which I purchased, however when I go to the Appearance menu and click on the themes tab, I still only get the option to Manage Theme and not to Upload/Install a theme of my own. Can you please tell me how to rectify this?

  Howdy,

  I’ve cancelled your non-domain upgrades, and processed a prorated refund. The refund should appear on your statement within a week.

  Keep in mind that your domain registration is still here at WordPress.com, so you’ll need to manage the domain itself here at WordPress.com.

  As for your second question, please try navigating to Appearance -> Theme after you log into your self-hosted site’s dashboard at:

  http://laceboxphotography.com/wp-admin/

  There should be a tab labelled “Install Themes” toward the top of the page. Click on it, and then click on the “Upload” link.

  Once you do so, you can upload your theme in ZIP format.
