Cancelling upgrade

Hi there,
I signed up for a premium feature and am still in the free trial stage. I am hoping to cancel it before I am actually charged for it – I think I still have 12 days. I have requested a cancellation through the site, and there was a notification that said I would get an email to confirm, but the email never came. Just following up! Thanks.
