Cancelling Upgrade

I think I cancelled the $99.00 upgrade that I mistakenly signed up for but I don’t see any credit on my credit card nor did I get any email confirming that it was cancelled. Please let me know how to resolve this. There is no link on your webpage that leads me to an account that I could see.

Hi there, I’ve gone ahead and cancelled the Premium upgrade for you. Upgrades can be cancelled and refunded by their owners within 30 days after purchase. Since your Premium upgrade was purchased several months ago it wasn’t possible for you to cancel it at your end and it isn’t possible to issue a refund.
