Canciling my payment

    Hi, I placed a order on the 21st of September, 2018 for the amount of £ 240.00. I would like to cancel it since I have no use of this purchased any more

    You’ve just created a new account but you need to be logged in to the account that purchased the upgrade to request a refund via the “Manage purchases” page.

    Refund a Purchase


    It appears that you need to log out of this account and log back in as the username theaugustiniansfathers but I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could confirm this.

    Hi Georges,

    I haven’t been able to find a WordPress.com account connected to the email address you provided. Could you try logging out of theaugustiniansfathers310785872, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to? Once logged into the correct account, please reply here so I can look at your refund.

    If that doesn’t work, can you send a link to the site you would like a refund for? Please don’t post any transaction IDs or card details in these forums, a site link is the only information I need for now.
