Cannot access accont to renew

I have two WordPress IDs and cannot get to the one with which this account was established. (Deirdre O’Dare with .org ) Need guiance to get the two accoutns merged and conected to one email address so I can renew my domaain registry.

What is the domain you’re trying to access?
It’s not really possible to merge accounts but you can transfer all the sites to one and then close the other account.
