Cannot access account

  Hello,
  I’m unable to access my website. I can’t access any content under “Reader” or “My Site.” The “My Site” page won’t even load and I keep getting the message “Sorry, we had a problem fetching your Reader subscriptions” when I try to load the “Reader” page. My website appears to still be up, but all of the website management tools appear to be down and I can’t access anything in my account.

  Hi there, have you tried logging out of WPcom and clearing your browser’s cache and cookies (which will also log you out of any other website you are logged into) or tried accessing with a different browser to the one you usually access WPcom with?

  Let us know how that goes.
