Cannot Access Admin Panel

    Hello,

    I changed the URL in the general settings and am now unable to access the admin panel. I have a ftp client (filezilla) but dont know the info to access the files as the site was created by someone else and is not attached to my account.

    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    This was resolved by gaining access to the web host and updating the URL in the database found under the “wp_options” table.
