Cannot Access Admin; Site Not Working

    We cannot access the Admin Panel to make changes, and some links to our website are not working. it gives error code:

    We are afraid to re-install wordpress because we do not want to lose all of our information. We also do not know how to back it up.

    Any guidance would help. We are looking to get this problem solved quickly, as we use WordPress for our business.

    That’s not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. whitesoffit.com Is hosted by One.com and we cannot help you with it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
