Cannot Access Anything
-
I can log in successfully at WordPress.com using my username and password. However, when I click on anything from my dashboard, I am prompted to log in again. At that point, my credentials are no longer accepted, even though they work for the initial login.
I’ve tried re-entering my username and password multiple times, but I continue to be redirected to the login screen and cannot access the dashboard.
Can you please help me determine why this is happening and how to resolve it?
I have tried support but it has probably been 4+ hours and nothing back from them. I am on the business package.

This usually happens due to a browser session or cookie issue. Try clearing your cache and cookies, or logging in using an incognito window. Also test a different browser and disable any extensions (like ad blockers or security tools). If you’re using a VPN, turn it off and try again. If the issue continues, it’s likely account-side and WordPress support may need to reset your session.

Hi @604operators,
Thank you for your patience while waiting for assistance. I can see how concerning it is to be able to sign in successfully but then be asked to log in again whenever you try to access your dashboard.
We’ve responded to your support request and sent an email to the address associated with your WordPress.com account. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if needed) for our reply.
To continue troubleshooting and for account security purposes, please reply directly to that email. This will allow us to review the issue with your account in more detail and continue assisting you through the support ticket.
We look forward to hearing back from you there and helping you get access restored as quickly as possible.
