Cannot access blog after changing the login id and it changed url

    I changed the login name and it changed the site name, I am in the middle of a giveaway and when I try to open my site it still show the old url and will not all me to undo the change. I need help my site original page was lesablogs.wordpress.com and the new one is reviewsthatreveal.wordpress.com Please help me fix this.
