Cannot access customiser on my new wordpress site

  Hi WordPress:

  I have just launched a new wordpress website (https://antonympoetryoriginal.wordpress.com/) and am trying to customise its theme.

  But WordPress will not let me ‘customise’ anything.

  To be precise, wordpress will not load the customiser. Every time I press the ‘customise’ button from the sidebar menu I consistently get the following error message:

  ‘Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly’

  Help!

  Hi there,

  Is it possible to try a different browser (like Chrome or Firefox) and see if you can proceed? it will help to know if this issue happens only in Safari or in other browsers as well so we can dig a little deeper.

  Also if you try to clear cache and cookies in Safari does it allow you to proceed? You can do that by following the directions Apple recommends here.

  If you clear cache/cookies from Safari (or use a different browser) does that help at all? Thanks for the additional info!

  That was it!

  Trying a different browser was the workaround I needed.
