Cannot access dashboard

Hi, I can access my wordpress account normali through wordpress.com but when i try to ge into my Dashboard on the wp admin I receive the ‘invalid username’ error, now, I am sure i am inputting the correct one and i have also tried the email but i get a message saing there is no account linked to this email. I have a wordpress account and i received all the welcome emails confirmin i have set it up.

What site are you trying to access, please?
Note that if it’s a site using the open source WordPress software your WordPress.com login credentials won’t work, as that has no connection at all to the admin user account that exists in that site’s database.

I am not sure what you mean.
I can enter the wordpress.com/mysitename.com and through there a can do some basic things but what i was trying to access is mysitename/wp-admin and go to my dashboard. I have been able to access it a couple of times but now it wont load. -

That is because of the Jetpack plugin you have installed on your site. That plugin connects your site to your WordPress.com account, and allows you to manage the site via the WordPress.com interface. But it does not give us control over your site.
Your site is not hosted with us, and we have no access to your WP-Admin dashboard. Please use the instructions I gave above or contact your hosting provider to help you regain access.
