cannot access dashboard

When I try to access my dashboard by typing in url of sits followed by /wp-admin I receive a message: No Results Found. The site is up. But I cannot access the dashboard and when I log into WordPress.com I am told that I have no site.

The WordPress.com username account you’re using to post here was created only two days ago and doesn’t own any sites with us.
