Cannot Access Dashboard after Restore

Hey,
I restored our website this morning. After doing so, i am unable to access the dashboard or the account section. Everytime i click the dashboard it just reloads the page and i am unable to change themes etc. Whilst this is happening, our website is looking terrible as it looks like a theme isnt loading correctly.Thanks in advance

The site you have problems with isn’t on WordPress.com servers so staff here have no access to it. If that site is using the WordPress.org software then try: https://wordpress.org/support/
