Cannot access editors page

    Our business website was made in 2014 and the lady that set up the website has since left. The login details appear to be attached to her work email address which is no longer in use. We need to update the information on our website however cannot access the editors page. Please advise how this can be rectified. Many thanks.

    What is the address of your site and is it hosted here at WordPress.com?
    The most obvious course of action would be to reach out to your ex-employee. All you need from her is the username and password to get access to the site and be able to transfer it to another account. Or could you recreate the required email address temporarily to gain recovery?
