Cannot access my account

    I would like to restart my site. I can’t seem to access it. I keep getting a message about a Jetpack connection problem. Basically, I would like to start fresh. Delete everything. Subscribe to a new monthly plan and recreate the site.

    If that is not possible, I would at least like to be able to move my domain name to another host.

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
