Hello, I go to ‘my site’ but it says I do not have one. I am trying to access the back-end of emmakmackenzie.com to edit it.

Please submit the account recovery form as explained in the link @staartmees provided above. We can only give you access to that account if you’re able to verify your ownership of the account via one of the methods we outline there. As you have paid upgrades on your account you should be able to provide the required verification. The correct email address is only one of the possible methods.
