Cannot access my dashboard, wordpress org

  While I was in admin panel, General tab, and I changed my url to my domain for test. From then I cannot access dashboard. And my template is messed up. Please see my site, http://69.89.31.171/~janicech/wordpress/

  How could I access my dashboard again, and restore those urls back to original?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
