Cannot access my domain repairworld.uk – no support response

  Hi,

  I purchased the domain repairworld.uk on 14 March 2026, but I cannot see it in my Domains or Purchases section when I log into my account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).

  Support has confirmed the domain exists and is connected to a site, but I cannot access it. I also emailed support over 6 days ago and have not received a response.

  I need help locating the account that holds the domain or restoring access so I can manage DNS settings.

  Could a staff member please escalate this?

  Hi there, according to this page your above domain is registered with Key-Systems GmbH and the DNS pointers currently point to WordPress.com. However, when going to that domain, I see a WordPress.com “This domain is parked” page with a link to manage your domain.

  If you want to connect your domain to your above WordPress.com website, then follow this guide to domain connection https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  Hi, thanks for your help and for checking that.

  I understand that the domain is registered with Key-Systems and currently parked. The issue I’m having is that I cannot access or manage the domain from my WordPress.com account, so I’m unable to update the DNS settings.

  I appreciate you flagging this for staff assistance — I’ll wait for a staff member to help me locate the correct account or restore access.

  It has now been over 24 hours since my thread was flagged for staff assistance, and I have also emailed support over a week ago without receiving a response.

  I still cannot access my domain repairworld.uk or manage its DNS settings, and I need help locating the correct account or restoring access.
