Cannot Access my Domain

  When I try logging into my website dashboard (roselamer.com) it gives me this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/roselmer/public_html/wp-content/themes/hatch/library/admin/theme-settings.php on line 35

  Please help! I need to finish my website! :(
