  Hi there,
  I am needing help accessing my page. I keep getting an error message that I don’t have permission to access or ‘the site cannot be accessed’, how can I fix this so I can edit my website?

  We can’t help directly because we don’t host apieceofhome.com.au on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead your host (Hostgator) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
