Cannot access my site

  I need to unlink 2 accounts. I can’t get to my old account. My department has 2 accounts with Polldaddy. QLMSMarketing and Q University. When I log into QUniversity, it takes me to the QLMS Marketing site. I need to get access to my own account – which is the quniversity site.
