Cannot access my site with Site Ground or directly.

Wordfence seems to be the problem. But I cannot get into the site to make any changes to plugins.

A bit more info. I could access it and edit for about a half hour today and yesterday, but had to go through Site Ground to get there rather than the normal login. I read some other suggestions and deactivated Wordfence and that allowed me to get in today. But then I was disconnected. Now as I write this I see that I have been allowed in again after my browser kept trying for 15 nimutes.

As the site is hosted with Siteground, we’re unable to help with this site as these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites.
It does look like WordFence is the issue here – even though deactivated, I’d recommend deleting this along with the data to make sure there’s nothing happening in the background.
