cannot access my website

    I cannot access my website.

You are receiving this message because you recently registered or changed the contact information for one or more of the following domains: pnwexp.com.

ICANN, the organization responsible for the stability of the Internet, requires you to verify the email address associated with your domain registration to make sure you receive important notifications about your domain.

The email address we currently have on file is: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

It will not let me verify my new email. When I signed up I accidentally used (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  • Hi there!

It looks like the email address on your domain is correct, but you used an incorrect one to create your WordPress.com account. Is that it?

We won’t be able to help you here, on the forums, but you should be able to fill the Account Recovery form on this page:

    https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/.

Bear in mind that there can’t be two accounts with the same email address so, to free up the one you want to use, you may want to change the one on this account (pnwexper) to free it up. I hope that makes sense :).
