Cannot access my website content

  Hi! My old website person is no longer working on my website and I now have a new person to look after it for me. We changed the password and the new person can access my account now, but error messages say my website cannot be accessed and the CMS shows no content (even though my website is still live). It was also hacked a while ago and there is spam content across one of the pages. Does anyone know what we can do? Thank you!
