Cannot access my website through FTP

  Hi there.

  My website is theshihlab.com, and I’m having trouble logging into dashboard with the theshihlab.com/wp-admin route I usually use.

  Others have had this issue in the past (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-500-message-when-trying-to-access-wp-admin-dashboard/). I’m trying to do the plugin fix recommended, using FileZilla FTP. But I can even seem to connect to the FTP following the instructions (https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_FileZilla). It just times out and says it cannot connect to the server.

  I’m at my wits end on this, so any advice of how to access via FTP or other routes to get to the dashboard would be greatly appreciated!
