Cannot access my WordPress dashboard.

  I can only get the Home page and when I click on the other pages the 404 page appears. I changed the site URL to:
  http://www.haciendapuertadelcielo.com/INICIO, saved and after that I could not get access to the dashboard.
  What can I do?
