Cannot access my WordPress site

    Hi there, I had someone set up a WordPress site for me about 7 years ago. I have not accessed it since but lately I have been having issues and need to login and delete a few things. I am having two issues – 1. I cannot remember my login details and since I didn’t set it up I don’t have the relevant details to reset my password. 2 – I cannot connect using the WordPress app, my host has fixed whatever needs to be done on their side but it’s still not working and I don’t know why. The person who set this up for me 7 years ago is not responding to my emails for help either. I can prove that I own the domains. Please help, I really don’t know what to do!

    What is the URL of the site? There is nothing we can do without knowing what site you’re referring to.

    my host has fixed whatever needs to be done on their side but it’s still not working and I don’t know why.

    If the site is not hosted on WordPress.com, there’s nothing we can do to help. We only control sites that are hosted on our servers, not WordPress sites hosted anywhere else.
