Cannot access my WordPress site

    Hi I cannot access my word press site – the question is not concerning this WordPress site that I have access to, but another one, on which I have built a website. I have tried typing in my password correctly a dozen times but it hasn’t worked. I have also tried to recover it by asking for a password reset, but the WordPress site says it doesn’t recognise my email. I am really baffled, and I don’t know what to do. Please help. Thank you. I cannot access live chat, unless I am logged into the site.
