Cannot access new account email isn't working!!!

  Hello

  I have recently registered an account with wordpress but I did not recieve my confimation email. When trying to go through the contact support area for help there is a section that asks you to type in your email address so that the confirmation email can be resent. When I do this is doesn’t seem to recognise my email address.

  I am using a friends account to write this post, as I was unable to log in.

  I would just register again, but now its telling me that the name I chose is taken – obviously because I took it!

  I really just need someone from wordpress to help me out. I would very much appreciate some help.

  FYI my username was registered as iheartmake and my email address used to register was (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Staff can see te redacted email address but the rest of us can’t. Please be patient as I flagged this thread for their attention and they will get back to you.

  BTW check your email client spam folder.

  It looks like you made a typo in your email address.

  Unfortunately, email addresses cannot be changed on pending signups, so I have removed it from our system.

  You may now re-register with the correct email address.
