Cannot access old WordPress account

    Hi! I used my university email to build this site, but i no longer have access to that email. I cannot get the recovery emails, and was wondering if it was possible to switch the website to a different email address. I’d like to not have to start from scratch, at least. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    From what I can see your WordPress.com account does not use a university-provided email address. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/

    Is it possible you are not referring to forsitetester.wordpress.com but instead are referring to a site you set up under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
