Cannot access since Word Press was upgraded

I try logging in, but get a message that I don’t have a wordpress site. It’s been a few months since I modified my site, but this is a first on not having a site. I did notice that the bottom portion of the page changed and it doesn’t say WP it says powered by simpleasy but I never made this change.
