Cannot Access Site to Cancel

Hello – I’ve been charged annually for my site and would like to cancel. I have not actively used the site in several years. When I log in to WordPress it says I have no sites and no recent purchases, however, I was just billed AGAIN. I tried to cancel last year when this auto renewed and was unable to get ahold of anyone to help.

It’s obvious that site is connected to another account of yours. You can check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. If you still have questions, you can use the contact form on that page to contact the billing team.
