Cannot Access to all blog wordpress.com because of Home Wifi

Recently, I’m having trouble access to my blog as well as other ‘wordpress.com’ blog using my Home Wifi connection. I’ve checked other Wifi and my mobile 3G connection, they all work well.
Please kindly check whether my Home Wifi IP is in your blocking list.

Thank you for your respond. I’m logging in this site on my phone using 3G since my wifi cannot access to it.
I cannot access to all blog format ‘domain.wordpress.com’. While on 3G everything is fine and my friend in same city having no problem too.
For your question, I live in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

Looks like your internet provider might be blocking WordPress.com. Can you please contact them and ask them if they do?
A quick and free workaround you can try is changing your ISP’s DNS to the ones provided by Google. More information on how to set that up:

If this doesn’t work you can use a VPN service to bypass that restriction.
